Keep records of:

 

  1. Blood pressure and pulse                    every week
  2. Blood test                                           every year
  3. Urine test                                            every year
  4. Lung capacity                                     3 times/year
  5. Bone density                                       once/year
  6. Weight                                                            once/week
  7. Vision                                                  once/year

 

 

 

 

MAINTENANCE   RECOMMENDATIONS

 

 

-Workout every day 60 minutes to develop 6 essential qualities: balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance, speed, strength

- Maintain body alignment; remember “Posture is your signature”

- Walk 3-5 miles with different speed: slow, medium, fast, 2-3 times/week

-  Men – 1-2 chin-ups 3 times/week; women – 2-3 times push-ups 3 times/week

- Sleep 8 hours

-Don’t smoke

- Food intake: 3 times/day, breakfast, lunch, dinner

- Move your stomach every day 3-5 times for 1-3 min.

- Bowel movement – every day, 2-3 times

- Meditate every day, 1-2 times/day

- Shake the body every day 1-2 minutes, 3 times/day, in 3 speeds: slow, medium, fast
