Water-Based Environment and its Relation to Life

  • Water is not just a medium to swim, play, drink, etc. Water is The Home of Humanity and in fact the home of living matterbonus casinos. Water was the environment to build and evolve life. When the sea creatures began their journey into wider world sharing land and water, the footprint of staying in water turned out to be integrated into organisms (including a human) bringing in the current activities the hidden potential of graceful balance, coordination, and flexibility typical for water environment. It also brings in the patterns of metabolism, breathing and movement typical for staying in the water environment. This is the first and fundamental layer in the evolution of life, and that layer is still there although hidden under many new external/later layers, a result of adaptation and evolution of the organism to the new land-based environment.
  • The access to that ancient and potentially very powerful layer opens a new dimension in understanding and using the body response functions built-in by nature and evolution though hidden in the internal layers, as the modern life keeps us within the latest (in evolution) layers developed as a result of adaptation to the latest challenges of the real world. Even partial return to those hidden functions and activity patterns may wake up the healing power of human body which can be used for healing injuries and diseases, rejuvenation, reinforcing weaken abilities, etc. For example, it is well-known that sea organisms have nothing like cancer, and Japanese people who eat much of sea food have much less probability to develop certain type of cancer.
  • This exciting water-based life-evolution philosophy, with the concept of hidden (and waiting to be waked up) functions and water-based healing technology is a foundation of the “new” - in fact known for many centuries and perhaps for many thousand years - water-based methods of healing injuries, reinforcing, and rejuvenation of a human body. Many popular techniques, such as immersion bathes, mineral bathes, contrast showers, water massages, steam baths, and many other are examples of the general water-enhanced and water-driven techniques to heal and rejuvenate a human body.
  • However, the new focus is on using water medium as the powerful modifier of regular human environment which may trigger hidden mechanisms responsible for powerful cellular and tissue processes typical for water-immersed way of life. A change of the human environment from the land-based air-immersed to the water-immersed one opens the access to those ancient layers responsible for functions related to enhanced flexibility, balance and coordination typical for water-based environment. In addition, in the water-based environment, totally new impact factors (inputs) become available such as (1) significant change in the gravity force making an organism a floating (vs. walking) entity with new degrees of freedom involved, (2) skin-water interactions, including partial hydrolysis and replacement of skin cells and thus enhanced skin metabolism, (3) water-enhanced transport of drugs and other active (for example, herbal) components through the skin (vs. local injection), (4) water-mediated and enhanced acoustic effects such as variable-frequency massage, etc.
  • From viewpoint of water-dependent mechanisms, what happens during water immersion is similar to the de-differentiation of highly specific/dedicated structures and functions typical for regular land-based environment and their re-differentiation into more flexible, better balanced and coordinated structures and functions typical for water-based environment. Such a transformation is similar to recently discovered see, for example, here transformation (in fact, de-differentiation) of skin cells into stem cells, a process scientists believe has extremely high expectations.

The Burdenko Method

  • The system of movement in the water and on the land based on fitness intelligence and progressive levels of human performance

Fitness Intelligence

  • Exercise is an act of intelligence: the ability to process information and use it in fitness performance: how to move the body gracefully, efficiently and safely in different environment and activities, based on education, knowledge and experience. It activates and interacts with emotional and analytical intelligence during health and fitness activities . The individual becomes capable of absorbing and incorporating increasingly complex activities, harmonizing six essential qualities for everyday life and sport: balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance, speed and strength. To achieve fitness intelligence, one follows a program of exercises reflecting a logical progression from simple to complex. Emphasis is on change and variation, so exercises are done in different starting positions (horizontal, vertical, side, etc.) and in different modalities (e.g. in the water, on land), as well as with different speed (slow, medium, fast). The variety of movement patterns and attention to full range of motion provide a constant challenge. Activities are never boring or repetitive, and they continue to challenge the body and the mind, while providing an energizing, life-enhancing exercise experience

Exercise Choreography

  • Ability to create programs from simple to complex according to physical, emotional and spiritual condition of an individual. The principles using exercise choreography in the Burdenko Method progressively challenge the individual to adapt to new, more interesting patterns of fluid movement

Formula of Health

Intelligent Awareness

Keep Records of:
  • blood pressure and pulse (weekly)
  • blood test (annually)
  • urine test (annually)
  • lung capacity (3 times a year)
  • bone density (annually)
  • weight (weekly)
  • vision (annually)
  • hearing (annually)

Maintenance Recommendations

  • Workout daily 60 min to develop the 6 essential qualities:
    • balance
    • coordination
    • flexibility
    • endurance
    • speed
    • strength
  • Workout in the water 3 times a week, 30-45 min
  • Maintain body alignment; remember Posture is Your Signature
  • Walk 3-5 miles with different speed: slow, medium, fast (2-3 times a week)
  • Sleep 8 hours
  • Don’t smoke
  • Food intake: 3 times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  • Move your stomach daily (3-5 times for 1-3 min)
  • Bowel movement: daily (2-3 times)
  • Meditate daily (1-2 times)
  • Shake your body 1-2 min, 3 times a day, in 3 speeds: slow, medium, fast
